Mother's Day Gift Guide
Alima Pure was founded in 2004 by Kate O’Brien, who saw the need for her daughter, Sara, to have access to natural, safe makeup. This type of makeup was not readily available at the time, so Kate began making it herself. Though Alima Pure has grown from the attic where it all began, the act of nurturing and creating will always be in our bones.
This Mother’s Day, we want to honor our incredible mothers, but also the people in our lives who embody the spirit of mothers. People who care for us, teach us, and encourage us to grow. These gifts are for all the mothers in your life, in any way they may exist.

What to Do When I’m Gone by Suzy Hopkins and Hallie Bateman
This book is the ideal mix of sweet, tender, and uplifting-sad (you know that feeling?). Illustrator Hallie Bateman realized with fear that her mother would one day be gone. So, she commissioned her mom to write a book with day-by-day instructions on how to live after she’s gone. Amidst recipes for fajitas, chili, and quiche, you’ll find advice on rollerblading, heartbreak, and growing up.
A Treasure Box
Jewelry, letters, and photographs will be held safe and chic in this gorgeous Marbled Teak Box from Anthropologie.
