Who says shimmer is just for summer? With winter slowly winding down, we thought it was time to show some love to Satin Matte Blush’s spirited sister, Luminous Shimmer Blush. If you’re ambivalent about dipping your toes into the shimmer pond, (not a real place but sounds majestical) then Freja, Lily, or Leigh are a great starting point. They’re made from a matte mineral base and are mixed with a hint of shimmer for a subtle, brightening glow. Sahara, Rosa, Garnet, and Black Raspberry offer a more concentrated shimmer effect for a radiant gleam.
