Get the Look: Summer Nights

We love August nights. The temperature is still warm, the sun sets a bit earlier, and dusk expands for hours. We have a glowy, light look for you—ideal for savoring these slow summer evenings.

Meet Rosegold Highlighter, back by popular demand. Originally launched as part of our Holiday 2017 collection, we are making it part of our line. Our lovely in-house mineral powder makers have created a gorgeous fusion of radiant rosy pink and shimmery gold, perfect for skin that looks healthy, bright, and subtly sun-kissed.

Get the Look

Start with a light layer of Cream Concealer on any places you’d like to brighten- under eye area, dark spots, maybe even eyelids. If the night is especially hot or humid, you may like to apply a light layer of Pressed Foundation or Satin Matte Foundation to your skin to help keep shine at bay.

Use our Highlighter Brush to add Highlighter to the cheekbones, brow bone, inner corner of the eye, and the Cupid’s bow. Our Highlighter in Rosegold adds a lovely, subtle illumination to your complexion and can also be used as a shimmering eyeshadow. If you're looking for something a little bolder, we suggest layering our Satin Matte Eyeshadow in Mohair or Fawn, and our Pressed Eyeshadow in Luxe for an eye-catching gold pop.

We love pairing the sheer pinky red of our Lip Tint in Poppy with Rosegold Highlighter. One layer leaves a sheer wash of color, and the Lip Tint can build to a bolder pop.

Finally, give your eyelashes a good curl, and finish the look with a few swipes of our Natural Definition Mascara. To apply, we like to suggest wiggling the mascara wand at the base of the lashes, then moving the wand straight through. This helps to create defined, long lashes.
